  KEITH GANZ – guitar: Keith graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill winning the music department’s Best Soloist Award. He has been performing and teaching guitar professionally ever since.

 

He is a regular performer at New York’s most esteemed jazz venues including The Blue Note, Birdland, Sweet Rhythm, and Cornelia St. Café.

 

Keith’s guitar playing, compositions and arrangements are featured on recent recordings by such diverse artists as Kate McGarry, Sean Smith, The Leif Arntzen Band and Vanessa Trouble, as well as on his own solo acoustic guitar CD, “Music for People”.

 

Keith teaches all styles of guitar in a very personal manner, inviting each student to experience his or her own innate musicality, and providing information and techniques which specifically nurture and cultivate that musicality.

 

Keith grew up in North Carolina and likes to play tennis.
