RAY FITZGERALD – trombone, baritone horn:
Ray Fitzgerald studied at the Hartt School of Music from 1977 to 1981 with John Swallow, Jackie McLean and Paul Jeffries.
He has toured with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra with Buddy Morrow, the Artie Shaw Orchestra with Dick Johnson, and the Xavier Cugat/Sonny Costanza Orchestra. He performed during the world tour of “A Chorus Line” including the Europe and Scandinavian tours.
He has worked on the following Broadway shows: “Crazy 4 U”, “A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum”, “A Class Act”, “Titanic”, “Nine”, “A Christmas Carol” at Madison Square Garden, “Kiss Me Kate”.
He also plays with the Noroton Brass Quintet and the Brass Apple Ensemble.
Ray is currently subbing on “42nd Street”, “Thoroughly Modern Millie”, “Assassins” and “Gypsy”. |
